Supporting and encouraging spontaneous learning
Field trips at Fruits of The Spirit Christian Childcare Center are organized to allow children to explore practical knowledge and skills outside the classroom and from other experts in various fields. This activity is provided by the center to supplement the curriculum and broaden the opportunity of children for individual learning. Safe transportation to and from educational sites and public spaces are provided and proper discipline and behavior management are delivered prior to the event. With consent from parents and guardians, we take our children to multi-media environments, like:
- Museums
- Zoo
- Local Shops
- Library
- Park
- Animal Shelter
- Fire Station
